4 carrots, peeled and cut into match sticks
10 baby red potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 lb corned beef, with spice package
1 onion cut into bite sized pieces
4 cups water or low sodium chicken broth
6 oz beer
1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots, onions, & potatoes in the crock pot. Cover with 4 cups broth or water. Add corned beef. Pour beer over meat. Sprinkle meat with corned beef spice package. Cook on high for 8 hours. Add cabbage and cook for another hour. (7 hours might be enough, depending upon your crock pot).
