1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Directions:

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain.
2. Stir in salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
3. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and mayonnaise, stir into meat mixture.
4. Fold in cheeses.
5. Pour into pastry shell.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (about 30-35 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
