1 lb. Ground Beef
¼ lb. Ground pork (sausage works)
½ c. Bread crumbs (1/4 plain, ¼ ital.) soaked in ¼ C. milk
1 Egg- beaten
¾ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp of each Pepper, Sage, Garlic salt, Celery salt
¼ c. Onions- chopped
1 tbsp. Worchestershire
¼ tsp. Dry mustard

Directions:

Mix the bread crumbs with the milk. Then put all ingredients in a bowl and mix fairly well (by hand). Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350º For 1 hour. Opt: Top with mashed potatoes and bake another ½ hr. OR spread ketchup on top and bake a few minutes more OR leave plain.
