Lasagna noodles, prepared & cooled slightly
1 pound ground beef
1 box chopped spinach
3 T. minced garlic
1 large tub ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (29 oz) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pan fry beef, spinach, and garlic on stove top. In a bowl combine all cheese, and the meat mixture. Mix together well. Spread this mixture liberally on one lasagna noodle. Roll-up lasagna noodle, and place in a casserole dish. Repeat this step until all lasagna noodles are used, or until mixture is gone. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

This recipe can also be used as a traditional lasagna! Just layer in this order: Sauce (use sparingly or it'll be messy & watery), noodles, cheese mixture until ingredients are gone. You'll need an extra jar of sauce if you use this version of the recipe.
