1 pound ground beef
1 diced yellow onion
1 can sloppy joe mix
1 package frozen corn
2 cups shredded cheese
5-6 large potatoes, mashed
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown meat & onion; add sloppy joe mix and corn. Put meat mixture in a casserole dish, and top with cheese. Top with mashed potatoes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Optional substitution: You can make this meal with instant potatoes, but there is a taste difference.
