5-6 plump chicken breasts
1 box stuffing, prepared
5-6 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Slice a deep pocket in each chicken breast. Stuff each with a cheese slice & as much stuffing as you can. Place into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle salt & pepper over chicken. Combine soup, sour cream, water, and any leftover stuffing. Mix and pour over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
