2 tbsp Dried oregano (x2)
3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese(x2)
1 tsp Salt (x2)
1 tsp Pepper (x2)
2 tbp Garlic powder (x2)
2 Eggs
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs( may need more)
Olive oil
2 cans whole artichoke hearts (drained)
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,oregano,Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
In a separated bowl mix eggs and water
In a third bowl put breadcrumbs, ogegano, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix
In a frying pan heat about a 1/2 inch of olive oil on medium high heat
Coat hearts in flour mix
Dip and coat in egg wash
Roll in breadcrumbs
Dip again in egg wash a second time
Roll in breadcrumbs a second time
Fry in olive oil until golden brown ( turning the hearts to fry evenly)
Set on a paper towel to get off any excess oil

You may need to turn the oil down if they are browning to fast , it should take about 3 minutes per heart.. Add more oil as needed
