1 stick melted margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup ground nuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
3 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, flour and nuts; press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Beat cream cheese, sugar and cool whip; spread over crust. Set in refrigerator while making third layer. Beat pudding mix and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with 1 oz. cool whip. Sprinkle with ground nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
