Basic Guacamole:
2 large or 3 small avocados
juice of 1/2 to whole lemon
3 or more cloves garlic minced or pressed
salt to taste

Spicy Guacamole: your pepper of choice
cayenne pepper sauce
chili sauce
canned chopped jalapeņos
fresh jalapeņo
fresh serrano pepper
habanero sauce



Chunky Guacamole:
chopped fresh tomato
chopped onion
chopped green onion
chopped cilantro
chopped green bell pepper, Anaheim pepper or hot pepper(jalapeņo or serrano)

Basic Guacamole: Peel and mash avocados. Add lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Start with 1/2 tsp. salt and season to desired taste.


Spicy Guacamole: Prepare basic guacamole then add one of the peppers of your choice. If fresh peppers will be used, the skin should first be removed by either fire roasting or steaming. Mince pepper and add to basic guacamole.

Chunky Guacamole: Prepare basic guacamole and add one or more of the items from the ingredients list for chunky guacamole. Blend chopped ingredients into basic with a fork. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
