Ingredients:  
1 angel food cake mix
1 can cherry pie mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare the angel food cake as directed on package
2. Mix the instant pudding as directed on the package and add the sour cream
3. Tear the cooled cake into pieces
4. Layer a 9X13 glass dish with the cake pieces, then the pie filling, then the pudding mixture
5. Top with the layer of the 8 oz. Cool Whip

Rose notes that you may use blueberry, apricot, strawberry pie filling in place of the cherry pie filling if you prefer.
