5 lb. white potatoes
1 lb. bacon, fried crispy, broken into small pieces
1/2 stalk celery, chopped fine **
1/2 cup sugar*
2 tsp. celery seed**
1 tsp. salt*
1//4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tbsp. Heinz yellow mustard*
1 cup Kraft Mayonnaise*
10 hard boiled eggs, 6 chopped, 4 sliced
paprika

Directions:
Boil potatoes until cooked, while hot or very, very warm peel and cut into cubes
Place hot/warm potatoes in large bowl
On top of potatoes add these ingredients in the order shown:
chopped celery, chopped eggs, relish, mustard, mayo, salt, sugar, bacon

With wooden spoon, gently blend ingredients on top of potatoes, then fold with potatoes until well blended.

Taste test, should be warm at this point.

Sometimes need to add additional mayo, mustard, and sugar. Additional mayo if somewhat dry, additional mustard if not the color of mom's, additional sugar if not sweet enough. If adding sugar, mix sugar with some additional mayo so as to blend into the salad

Chill in refrigerator. Place sliced eggs on top and then sprinkle with paprika
