1-28oz Tin Diced Tomatoes
1/4C Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves - crushed
2T Fresh Parsley - chopped
4T Fresh Basil - chopped
20oz Beef Broth
1t Sugar

8 slices French Bread - sliced thick
1/2C Butter Melted
1/2C Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves - crushed
1/2C Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the garlic in the olive oil in a sauce pan until the garlic is fragrant. Add the tomatoes and heat through thoroughly.
2. Add the basil and parsley continue to heat on low.
3. Add the beef broth and sugar - and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Crostini
1. Preheat oven to 425º Brown the bread slices in the oven.
2. Heat the garlic, olive oil and butter in a small sauce pan.
3. Dip the bread slices in the butter/garlic/olive oil mixture.
4. Spread the Parmesan cheese on the bread slices and very briefly - reheat the slices.
5. Serve warm with the soup.
