1C Winnipeg Cream Cheese
11/2C Swiss Cheese (Emmenthal) - shredded
2T Brandy
5T Almonds - slivered

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together (except almonds) and form into a ball. Wrap the mixture in cellophane and store in the refrigerator for several hours
2. Roll the ball in slivered almonds just before serving

Serve with your favourite crackers
