"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
3 lbs of ground beef
3 packets of Taco Seasoning
1 cup of salsa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan or pot cook beef until there is no more pink meat. Drain the grease off (don't drain the meat in the sink, the grease is not good for the plumbing).

Then add the 3 packets of taco seasoning to the meat according to the instructions on the packets.

You will notice there is one packet of taco seasoning to one pound of beef. I always add salsa to my meat to add extra flavor.

You can save this meat for taco salads, tacos, burritos and for omelets. You can also freeze the meat for future meals.
