1 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup snipped green onions (green part only)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco© sauce
1/4 - 1/2 pound steamed shrimp, chopped
1/2 can beer
Old Bay© seasoning
Veggie Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and lemon juice; mix very well. Add a dash or two of Tabasco© sauce (to your taste); add chopped steamed shrimp and mix well.

Steam Shrimp: Place 1-1/2 cup water, 1/2 can of beer, Old Bay©, and shrimp in pot and steam until shrimp are pink in color. After start of boil, let cook about 15 - 20 min.

Serve with Veggie Crackers
