4 Ripe Bananas
1/2 c Butter
1 c packed light Brown Sugar
Dash of Cinnamon
1/4 c Banana Liqueur
1/2 c Rum
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut bananas in half and then lengthwise. Melt Butter in Chaffing Pan over medium heat. Add Brown Sugar and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
2. Add Bananas to pan, sprinkle with Cinnamon. Remove from flame/heat and stir in Liqueur and Rum, and carefully ignite with long match. Allow flames to die down.
3. Return to flame/heat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until Bananas are soft.
4. Serve over Vanilla Ice Cream.
