1 pound watercress
¾ cup radish sliced
2 pints cherry tomato
3 each oranges sliced
2 tsp olive oil
12 ounces flank steak broiled, sliced
1 cup cashews roasted
6 fluid ounces Dijon Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Combine watercress, radish, cherry tomatoes, and oranges and toss with vinaigrette just prior to service.
Garnish with steak and roasted cashews. Make salad first and add beef separately
NOTES: Quik Pik Portion: 2 oz lettuce bed, 8 oz salad
