4 cups red cabbage shredded
1 cups carrot shredded
2 cups cabbage baby bak choy
1 cups radish shredded, daikon
12 ounces chicken breast shredded and poached
6 fluid ounces Oriental Ginger Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together. Toss with dressing just before service. Garnish: Lemon wedge, Scallion, Cilantro
NOTES: for Quik Pik: 1 oz lettuce bed, 9 oz salad **Each portion of salad receives 2 oz of chicken
