1 small package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 C buttermilk
1 small container whipped topping
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can Tropical Fruit, drained
1 banana, sliced (optional)
1/2 pkg fudge-striped shortbread cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix and buttermilk.
Fold in whipped topping.
Add drained pineapple, mandarin oranges and tropical fruit.
Add bananas just before serving, if desired.
Crush cookies into large pieces and fold into mixture immediately before serving. Serve as a salad, a dessert, or as individual parfaits.
You may also sprinkle crushed cookies on top as a garnish.
