Elbow Noodles (16 oz.)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Mdm or Sharp) 16 oz.
1 stick butter
Can of plain bread crumbs
Milk

Directions:
Boil Noodles, then drain
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Spray 8" square or rectangular pyrex dish with cooking spray
spread thin layer of noodles on bottom
layer shredded cheese covering noodles
REPEAT UNTIL NOODLES ARE GONE
completely cover top noodle layer with cheese
sprinkle bread crumbs as topping
cut thin butter squares and place on top like a baking cookies on a cookie sheet
add milk 1/4 full (this is why you should use clear glass dish, to see how far to pour milk)
Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown on top
Let stand for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
