1 cup mashed, ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup nuts, chocolate chips, or any additional mix-ins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes
2. Pour into greased bundt pan
3. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
4. Cool and top with powdered sugar
