Beef Stick Recipe

2 pounds hamburger meat
2 tbsp Morton tender Quick Cure
3/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup water
1 1/3 tbsp mustard seed
Course ground pepper

1. Mix all ingredients by hand and divide into 3 parts
2. Roll into logs and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for 24 hours
3. Unwrap and generously coat with course ground pepper
4. Bake at 300 for 1 hour on a sheet pan
5. Slice and serve with crackers, cheese, or on its own!
