1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 TBS cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt
Filling - we use strawberry preserves that have been warmed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer until blended and smooth. Heat a small skillet or crepe pan (spray with non-stick cooking spray). Utilize a small ladle to add enough batter to cover the bottom of the skillet lightly. Lift and turn the skilled to spread evenly. Cook on low until lightly brown, flip carefully to cook other side. Remove from pan. Repeat until all batter is gone. Serve with your favorite preserves
