1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
7 cinnamon sticks
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cans apple pie filling
1 tsp apple pie spice or mulling spice
1 liter Everclear
1 cup Captain Morgan Rum

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients (except for Everclear and Captain Morgan) into a LARGE pot on the stove and bring almost to a boil while stirring often
2. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature (this takes several hours) - Make sure mixture is cool as to not burn off the alcohol once added
3. Add Everclear and Captain Morgan . Mix well
4. Pour mixture into mason jars and secure tightly. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3 days.
