1 pound pork sausage (Jimmy Deen, Bob Evans, etc.)
8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 pound jalapeño peppers (15 to 18)
Pinch of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and clean out seeds
2. In a skillet brown sausage and drain off grease
3. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and Parmesan. Add in sausage
5. Spoon mixture into pepper halves
6. Bake at 325 º for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and light brown
