6-7 c. rhubarb, diced
1 pkg. strawberry jello mix
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
yellow cake mix plus ingredients for cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, mix. Add jello powder, mix again. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Place mini marshmallows over rhubarb. In separate bowl mix cake batter as directions state. Pour cake batter over rhubarb/marshmallows. Bake at 350º for 55 mins.
