1/2 lb penne pasta
1 lb cubed ham (2 - 3 cups)
1 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed (2 - 3 cups)
1 pt half and half
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
8 oz Swiss cheese (2 cups)
seasoning to taste - thyme, garlic, pepper, parsley, oregano (whatever you have, whatever you like)

Topping:
1 3/4 c panko bread crumbs
6 Tbsp butter melted

Directions:

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to directions on the package.
Heat half and half, cream cheese, Dijon mustard and desired seasonings until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, cooked pasta and sauce. Fold in shredded swiss cheese.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Combine panko and melted butter and sprinkle over top of the mixture.
Cook at 350º uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes until lightly browned
