Ingredients:  
1 pound round steak, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 green peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn starch, sugar and ginger and stir in soy sauce. Pour mixture over meat and stir. Quickly brown beef strips (1/3 at a time), in hot oil and remove from pan. Reduce heat, add peppers, garlic and water to pan and cook until peppers are tender crisp, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in meat and tomatoes and heat through. Can be served over hot rice.
