2 Cup Sifted Flour
2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Crisco
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in Crisco until mixture looks like coarse meal. Add milk and stir just enough to hold dough together. Place on a lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Roll to a rectangle, 10x8 inch. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Start at one longer side and roll up as for jelly roll, pinch edges together. Cut into 1 inch slices. Arrange over Raisin Pecan topping in an 8 inch square or 9 inch round pan.

Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. At once turn upside down onto a rack or cookie sheet. Cool slightly before serving.
