1 c. broccoli florets, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. light sour cream
1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small oval baking dish, combine broccoli, onion and bell pepper.
2. Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper; mix well.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve with Baked Pita Chips or crackers.
