1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 C all purpose flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 T sugar
2 Tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Beat sugar and butter until fluffy,. Add vanilla and eggs & blend. add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1 " balls, roll balls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 8 - 10 min.
