1/2 cup milk
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
12 ounce package frozen hash browns, thawed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown meat in skillet, add milk and soup mix, stir until mixed, continue to cook until some of the liquid has cooked down. Put meat mixture into bottom pie crust, try not to put too much liquid into the shell, top with the hash browns. Top with the other pie crust, seal and flute top crust, cut a few vent holes in the top. Bake for 1 hour or until crust is browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have put grated carrots and other vegetables in with the meat mixture, makes it more like a pasty.
