Salmon steaks
Olive oil
Seasoned salt
Pepper

Fish fillets
Flour or cornmeal
Lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
For salmon: Place on cookie sheet or on wire rack skin side down. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
Broil: Watch carefully. Do not turn while cooking. Cook about 10 to 12 minutes.

Fish Fillets: Rinse fish in water. Dredge in flour or cornmeal. Heat vegetable oil until hot in skillet. Fry on moderate heat about 7 minutes per side. Fish is done when it flakes easily. Season with lemon pepper.
