Cooked white rice
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/2 box Velveeta cheese, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
