1 fryer chicken, cut in pieced
Flour
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 package onion soup mix

Barbecue sauce for Bake Barbecue Chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown chicken pieces in frying pan in oil then place in greased 13x9 baking dish. (You can remove skins if you wish.) Sprinkle chicken with more salt and pepper. Mix together soups and milk. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350º.

For barbecue option: Follow recipe for baked chicken, only omitting milk and soup and adding bottled barbecue sauce when chicken has cooked for 1 hour. Heat for 5 minutes after adding sauce then eat!
