2 10 oz bag of frozen corn, one white, one yellow
1 small red bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 red onion or you can use green onion whichever you prefer
1 tomato
1 chili, of your choice
1 bunch cilantro
2 fresh limes, nice and juicy!
Spritz of vinegar
optional avocado

Directions:

Rinse and drain frozen corn, set aside
De-seed tomato and chili
Medium chop all vegetables
Mix together
Drizzle with the juice of the two limes and a splash of vinegar
Salt and pepper to desire
