Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium potato, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
Egg roll wraps
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Place a few tbsp. filling into center of egg roll wrap and cover well. Follow instructions on package for rolling. You can assist in helping your wrap stay by moistening the edges of wrap by wetting tips of fingers and going around the edge of the wrap before rolling.

Deep fry in oil until a meet thermometer reads at least 170º when inserted in hamburger or sausage egg roll and 190º for turkey. It usually take about 10 minutes to cook to this temperature but if you want nice browned wrapping it will be about 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Could possibly use ground turkey and breakfast sausage as well.
