Butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
Place bread slices in oven under broiler for about 2 minutes until toasted.
Turn toast.
Butter side not yet toasted.
Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place, butter and cinnamon side up, in oven under broiler for 2 to 4 minutes or until toasted.
This will brown fast so watch it.
