9 " baked pastry shell
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz. box peach flavored jello
Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry shell, let cool. Arrange peaches over bottom. In saucepan combine water, sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes or until clear and thickened. Add gelatin, stir until dissolved. Pour over peaches and chill until set. Top with whipped topping. Fresh strawberries and strawberry jello may be substituted for peaches and peach gelatin.
