"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all of the left over Roast Beef against the grain
Place roast beef in a stove top pan
Add some water, catsup, Barbeque Sauce, Brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice, pepper, worcheshire sauce, 1 shake ONLY of chili Powder, onions, chopped peppers and chopped celery!!!
You notice there are no measurements... You just add it all to taste...don't make it too watery with the liquid ingredients because you will have to cook it off!
Turn stove top on with medium heat...stir often... It could take an hour because you have to get it down to a Barbeque consistency.
The amount of onion, celery and peppers should be at least 1/3 of the amount of roast beef!
You may add anything or take away anything according to your taste...it is always great!!

Personal Notes:
Mom use to make this the day after we had roast beef...sometimes we had a lot...other times we did not, depending on how much roast we ate!!😉
This is exactly how mom gave me the recipe " add whatever you have left over in your refrigerator, a little of this and a little of that, NO AMOUNT OF ANYTHING!"
I finally got use to this... Just put anything in the recipe and taste!
I make mine a little sweet, but everyone seems to like it...you will have to adjust the ingredients according to your taste!
