Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3/4 sticks salted butter + more to grease pan
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c oats
1 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
fresh berry jellies (fruit) such as strawberry, black raspberry. (I prefer these.) You will need 10-12 oz total.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350 degrees. Use 9 x 13" or 9 x 9" pan. (I find smaller is better)
Mix together butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.

Press half oat mixture into pan. Spread jam mixture. (I mix 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 black raspberry jam together in a bowl, and spread.)

Sprinkle the remaining mixture all over randomly for the topping. Pat the crumbs gently.

Bake until light brown, 30-40 min. Let cool completely, and cut into squares. Or, dish into bowl with a scoop of ice cream.

Personal Notes:
This is a really good recipe, and I think any jam will work. Should be a hearty jam, not a jelly. This recipe is from the collection of Ree Drummond.
