2.5 lb chuck roast
1 c beef broth
1 tsp cumin
1 T chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground oregano
1 can rotel tomatores with diced chili's (mild, or to taste)
2 TBS lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
no need to brown beef. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine all spices in a dish & set aside. Put roast in crck pot. pour beef broth over top, then lime juice. Then, seasonings. Pour rotel over top. Cook low 8 hrs. Will shred in crock pot. Serve into tortillas with desired toppings, or as main meat dish.
