3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sweet potatoes, white sugar, vanilla and margarine together and place in baking dish. Mix ingredients for topping and cover with topping and bake 30 minutes at 350º
