1/2 lb butter
1 c sugar
12 oz semisweet chocolate
1 c chopped nuts
Unsalted saltines

Line 11/15 " jellyroll pan with foil and line that with unsalted saltines

Heat Butter and Sugar to a boil for 3 minutes. Spread on saltines.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread with semisweet chocolate chips. Smooth when melted. Top with 1 cup of chopped nuts. Freeze over night. Cut or bread into pieces.
