1 1/2 lbs. crabmeat....fake
8 oz. mayo
4 oz. cream cheese.......softened/room temp
8 oz. sour cream
1 small green pepper.....fine chopped
1/2 of a onion.....fine chopped
1/2 stalk celery.....fine chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Cut crab meat (I do this by cutting 1x1 squares) then throw in the mixer to break it up. In another bowl Beat cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth. Add rest of ingredients into the bowl and keep in the refrigerator. .

It is good with crackers, or as a salad or on a sandwich. Makes a lot -- I usually make half a recipe.
