if dough is sticky when beginning to roll, you may add a little bit of flour, continue to use sugar while rolling. Delicious!

Pauline was a beautiful woman, both inside and out. She made you feel like you were an important part of her family, so engaging and sweet. We loved talking to her at Missy and Jacquin Lopez's parties. Pauline was the mom of Jacquin, Chip & Tassy. The grandmother to Lorena & Marcos. She shared her love when she shared her recipe's. Friends became her family. She had a huge heart and a bright smile. Loved her.
