6 elotes sin concha
1 cdta mayonesa
1 cdta salsa de barbacoa de su eleccion
1/4 tz aseite de olivo
1/2 cdta sal
1/2 cdta pimienta molida
1 cdta de salsa picante o salsa de siracha (opcional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combina la mayonesa, salsa de barbacoa, el aseite, sal y pimienta.
Bate junto y aplique ligeramente a cada elote.
Coloca el elote a la parilla a fuego lento/medio dandole vuelta cada 3-4 minutos hasta que los granos son de color amarillo oscuro o un poco ennegrecidos.
Normalmente 10-15 minutos.
Quita de la parilla y se sirve.

Este maiz puede estar bien acompanado con otras comidas. Corte el maiz para ser una receta caviar mexicana aun mas sabrosa.
