3/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons pure sesame oil
3 tablespoons to 1/4 cup white vinegar
Hot peppers chopped to taste
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into small pieces
1 large cucumber, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
3 green onions, diced
white rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and hot peppers in jar. Chill until ready to serve. Put all vegetables in bowl and when ready to serve pour dressing over vegetables. Serve over hot rice.
