1 1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 qt. tomato juice
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak uncooked rice for 2 hours. Brown hamburger in pan with celery and onions. Mix all ingredients in casserole pan and pour over it tomato juice. Bake slowly for 3 hours at 350º.
