1 1/4 lb shark steaks, 1 inch thick
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp thawed orange juice concentrate
3 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
Orange slices for garnish
Parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Cut shark in serving pieces. Spray broiler pan with non stick cooking spray or grease well. Arrange shark on pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In small bowl stir orange juice and butter. Brush generously over shark. Broil about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes. turn; brush generously with remaining orange-butter mixture. Broil 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve garnished with orange and parsley, if desired.
